Please read the Call for Abstracts to see the types of submissions we will accept for the symposium.
Once you have completed your abstract, please follow these steps to submit your proposal:
Navigate to the conference submission website.
Please create an EasyChair account if you don’t have one already. Please note that the verification email may go to your spam folder. Once you have received this email, you may complete your account activation.
Underneath the “Author” heading, you will find a bullet point link which says “Make a new submission” and please click here to submit your abstract. Please make clear whether you are proposing an Oral Presentation, Roundtable, or Poster.
If you are a sole author, you are still permitted to submit – please ignore the second and third author fields but keep the initial “Corresponding Author” box checked (you may uncheck the other two). The website allows for three or more authors, however this is not mandatory.
